The Samaritan Infectious Disease Clinic and Samaritan International Travel Clinic are located in the Corvallis Medical Center Building on the campus of the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, OR. The office can be reached from Highway 99W north of downtown Corvallis by turning west (uphill) on NW Elks Dr. Parking is available in lots on either the front or back of the buiding.
Pre-travel counseling is available on an appointment basis. It is advisable to make an appointment at least one month before planned departure. Please complete a pre-travel form and bring it with you to your appointment. Medical insurers often do not pay for travel related vaccinations and expenses. Prospective travelers may want to check with their insurers to understand their coverages before their clinic visit.
